Incomplete time reminders help administrators contact employees who have not recorded the expected hours for a selected period.

Open Timesheet Notifications #

Browse to Admin Timesheets Timesheet Notifications.

From this page, you can send a one-time reminder or set up automatic notifications, depending on your access and account settings.

Notice: The notification screens you see depend on your account settings and menu permissions. Review the recipient list before sending a message.

Send a manual reminder #

  1. Open Incomplete Time Entry Notifications.
  2. Choose the date range.
  3. Choose which employees and incomplete-time conditions should receive the reminder.
  4. Review the employees who will receive the message.
  5. Confirm the message and send the notification.

Troubleshooting #

  • A missing employee may already have enough hours for the selected period or may not be managed by the current administrator.
  • A missing screen may indicate menu or feature availability.
  • An unexpected reminder may be caused by the selected period, expected hours, time-off settings, or notification schedule.
