Expense payment methods identify how an employee paid for an expense.

The Expense Payment Method screen allows you to create new or modify existing Expense Payment Methods. An Expense Payment Method provides a means for categorizing expense items with regard to how the employee paid for the expense (company credit card, personal credit card, cash, etc.). Expense Payment Methods are required for expense item entry on expense reports.

Tip: New systems come pre-populated with common Expense Payment Methods.
