Yes. Every new account starts with a free 30-day trial, with access to all features. If you continue with a paid plan, your data and settings stay in place. If not, the trial simply expires.

How does MindSalt pricing work?

MindSalt is billed monthly based on the number of active users in your account and the modules you have enabled. You can choose the modules that fit your team, such as time tracking, expenses, approvals, or accruals.

Which MindSalt plan is right for my team?

Most teams start with Timesheets for time tracking, Expenses for expense reporting, or Time + Expenses when they need both. Approvals and Accruals can be added when teams need review workflows, PTO balances, or more control around submitted work.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can add or remove modules as your needs change by contacting our support team. Your monthly subscription will adjust based on the modules enabled for your account.

Do you require long-term contracts or setup fees?

No. MindSalt is month-to-month, with no long-term contracts, setup fees, or hidden charges. You can cancel anytime.

What happens if my team grows?

MindSalt can grow with you. You can add users as needed, and features like roles, permissions, approvals, reporting, and project settings are designed to support larger teams.
