Simple, Straightforward Pricing
Our pricing model is simple. Each month we will bill you for the number of users in your system. The cost
per user is determined by the options you have enabled within your system. Below you will find the list of
available options/modules and their price per user per month. When you sign up for service you simply select which modules you want to have
enabled. Later, when your account is active, you may add and remove modules from within your administrative screens or by contacting our customer support department.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. MindSalt Time & Expense is a hosted, web-based solution. There is no software
for you to install and no hardware for you to manage. You simply need a web browser and an Internet connection.
The pricing below includes all software upgrades and system maintenance on our hosted solution.
Are there any setup fees or long-term contracts?
There are no setup or startup fees and no contracts. With no hidden fees and no contracts, there's
no reason not to give it a try!
* The special price on combined modules is only valid for new customers.
** Enabling the Approvals module will enable approvals for both the timesheet and expense modules (regardless of whether only one or both are enabled).
NOTE: Users marked as 'inactive' versus 'deleted' in the system are discounted by 50%.
