Timesheets
Employees use the timesheet screen to quickly and efficiently enter time for time categories and projects assigned to them. Managers and administrators use additional timesheet screens to manage employee timesheets, entering time on the employee's behalf. Additional features such as the ability to quickly view accrued time balances (vacation, sick, etc.) and view a printable timesheet further enhances the time entry experience.

Select Charge
Users use the Select Charge screen when adding a new line to a timesheet. From the screen the user can see a list of Time Categories and Projects & Tasks that they are assigned to.
 
Expense Report

Expense Reports
The expense report screens allow you to enter and submit expenses for purchases or costs incurred against a project. Managers can easily track expense items for billing and reimbursement purposes.
 
Report List

Report List
View the list of available reports from the Report List screen. Users only see the reports they have access, as defined in the Access Control Groups they are assigned to.

Each report can be customized to only display the data you are looking for. Employees, clients, projects, time categories, etc. are common filters found on most reports. Many of the reports feature a 'Group By' option that enables you to alter the way the report sums up the data. This option greatly increases the flexibility within the reports and allows you to create many different reports from the one selected report.
 
Project Administration

Management of projects, tasks, and project/task assignments is simplified through the use of the Project Administration screens. Create and assign project status types, categories, and priorities. Link projects to departments or clients and experience how our versatile reporting mechanism rolls the billing data up for client invoice purposes.
 
Time Category Administration

Time Categories are charge items that normally wouldn't be classified as a project or job. Items such as these might be vacation time, sick leave, personal time off, etc. From the Time Category Administration screen you also have the ability to enable time balances for time categories and setup default automatic accruals. Time balances and accruals are useful tools in managing, for example, vacation and sick leave.

Approvals

Approvals
When enabled, the approvals module routes submitted timesheets and expense reports to the appropriate person for approval. Through the use of automatic email notifications managers can be notified of pending approvals and employees can be alerted when a timesheet or expense report has been rejected. The approval process ties into the reporting core to ensure proper cost and billing for your company and your company's clients.

Control what access your users have throughout your system. By utilizing Access Control Groups you assign what privileges your users have - what screens they can access and what reports they can view. This feature makes the system flexible enough to, for example, assign basic administrative features to your payroll personnel.
 
Incomplete Time Notifications

Incomplete Time Notifications
A simple, yet effective way of notifying employees of incomplete time entries can be found on the Incomplete Time Entry Notifications screen. With a few clicks of your mouse, you can search for incomplete time entries and initiate an automatic email to selected employees, reminding them to complete their timesheet for a selected date.
